Evolve Yoga – A Multisensory Inner Journey

Person + Online

Evolve Yoga is a unique blend of yoga, breathwork, essential oils, mindfulness, journaling, and guided self-inquiry — each session centres on one of the seven chakras and a life theme connected to it, such as self-love, boundaries or expressing your needs.

This is a two-hour deep dive into yourself — using your body as a gateway to personal growth. Each class is carefully curated to regulate your nervous system, release stagnant energy, and explore how the topic of focus influences your everyday life.

You’ll leave feeling calm, inspired, and more deeply connected to yourself.

After each session, you’re invited to join us for a group lunch— a chance to deepen connection with like-minded people.

Hatha Yoga – Flow & Relax

In person + online 

A slow, balanced yoga flow that supports flexibility, strength and relaxation. This is a nourishing class where you’ll connect with your breath, stretch mindfully and give your nervous system a gentle reset.

Open to all levels — whether you’re new to yoga, practising for a while or returning after a break.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, recharged and more present in your body.

After the class feel free to stay for a social to connect, chat and build community.

Aroma Yoga – Yoga with Essential Oils for Mind & Body

Aroma Yoga is a gentle yet powerful blend of yoga, mindful breath, and therapeutic-grade essential oils chosen to support the theme of each class — from grounding and calming to energising and uplifting.

The oils are applied through inhalation and gentle self-massage, enhancing your yoga practice and engaging your senses on a deeper level.

This is an hour dedicated to your body, mind and emotions — helping you release tension, find balance, and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centred, and deeply restored.
