What Makes True Self Project Different?
Most people focus on one tool. True Self Project is integrative.
It brings together the mind, body and spirit.
Each session uses a multitude of tools so that you can have a well-rounded experience and find something that speaks to you.
My methods include: movement, breath, journaling, reflection, mindful exercise, essential oils, group connection, meditation, workbooks, group and individual sessions.
Hi, I'm Aga
Maybe just like you, I once lived in a constant state of overthinking, perfectionism, and feeling like I was never quite doing enough.
On paper, I had it all sorted — a good degree, a stable corporate job, a lovely house in London, a solid salary, and amazing friends. But inside? I felt stuck. Lost. Unsure how to move forward.
I tried everything I could think of — changing roles and jobs, living abroad, different relationships, working harder — but the feeling stayed.
In 2023, life gave me an unexpected opportunity. I was affected by mass layoffs. And instead of jumping into the next “sensible” thing, I did something that I always wanted to do, but was simply scared: I left on a solo backpacking trip around the world.
I had no plan, no timeline — just a lot of questions swirling in my head:
Who am I, really? What do I want? Why is this all happening to me?
As I travelled, I slowly began to release the pressure, the expectations, the conditioning, the “shoulds” and “musts.”
And when I finally gave myself permission to slow down, to soften, to simply be — something began to emerge.
Someone who had been hiding beneath layers of fear and insecurity:
My true self.
That was the beginning of a new path — into yoga, mindfulness, coaching, and deep inner healing.
The more I connected inward, the more calm, clarity, and confidence I found — not from becoming someone new, but from returning to who I had always been underneath.
This journey isn’t over — and it will never be.
But today, I live with more calm, clarity and confidence than ever before.
I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you return to your true self.

- Qualified Hatha Vinyasa 200 h Yoga Teacher
- Assisted Stretch Therapist
- Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching – available for ICF level 1 qualification 62.5 h contact hours
- Experienced group facilitator — leading workshops and events from connection events to circles to trips around the world
- 4 years in corporate
- Undergraduate degree in Law from University of Dundee and Master’s in Management from London School of Economics (LSE)
