Mindfulness in Practice
6 Weeks to a More Present You – Group Coaching
A practical introduction to mindfulness, designed to help you slow down, regulate your mind and body, and bring presence into everyday life. This is a skill-building journey where you’ll learn and practise proven mindfulness tools, supported by a group.
This is for you if you want to:
– Learn simple, evidence-based mindfulness techniques
– Understand the mind–body connection and how to use it to reduce stress
– Feel calmer and more present without “escaping” your life
– Build daily mindfulness habits
By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll:
– Have a personal toolbox of mindfulness practices you can use anytime
– Understand how your breath, body and thoughts work together
– Feel more grounded and less reactive to life’s challenges
– Have the confidence to continue your mindfulness journey independently

True Self Session
A 90-minute 1:1 session to reconnect, release, and realign
Sometimes, you don’t need a long program — you just need a safe, clear space to land. The True Self Session is a powerful standalone 1:1 session designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release mental clutter and gain clarity on a challenge or decision you’re currently facing.
Whether you’re stuck in overthinking, seeking emotional support or simply need a reset — this session is here to meet you where you are.
